ReCyclers
Lead by a Daemon named P4th, the ReCyclers are a cycle gang of outcasts struggling against a system that rejects them. The group works toward mutual aid among the denizens of The Boneyard and protecting them from overpolicing by the Debuggers. They maintain a number of safehouses for beings fleeing the law, but are otherwise untrusting of outsiders, especially Users. They are relatively isolated and struggling, having many enemies and few allies.

The ReCyclers have to make do with what they can salvage from the Boneyard, and usually ride outdated, patched together vehicles, generally reinforced for endurance over other fields of performance. Their armory is in similar shape.

Tier 1: A rough-edged but supportive cycle gang in The Boneyard. Patched together cycles and weapons.
Tier 3: Declare their turf to be the Boneyard Autonomous Zone, driving out Troubleshooters and Debuggers in favor of mutual protection pacts among the inhabitants.
*Barring extraordinary circumstances bordering on revolution, The ReCyclers are unlikely to advance beyond Tier 3.
