Nebuchar

Far beneath the surface world there is a vast cavernous realm of darkness and violence. And there, thriving in the blood and terror and shadows, is the Lost Kingdom, Nebuchar. Cast down untold millennia ago for crimes against nature and the gods themselves, these lost Elves adapted swiftly to their horrifying new homeland. There in massive cave cities they practice awful, unholy magicks and devote themselves in worship to dark beings lost to mortal history. Combining brutal discipline and inhumane alchemical arts they craft perfect Dark Elven soldiers, literally engineered and fashioned by mad masters of science and magic. Despite the best efforts of both the Winter and Summer courts of the surface elves and the mountainous Dwarven Drek'Thar, the Dark Elves have begun to open passages back into the daylight lands above. These raiding parties seemingly strike without any pattern except slaughter and mayhem, then retreating back into the depths of the earth. One particularly gruesome raid occurred in The Great North Wood, wiping out the Barbarian settlement of Stonemoot.
Nebuchar commandos appeared as part of Theia Commerce Group efforts in the Pandoran Mountains under the leadership of Aldrin. It is unclear if this was a singular arrangement or there is some larger alliance between these two dangerous forces, or worse yet between Nebuchar and Tiamat herself.
