S.W.O.R.D. Mission Report #2-1
General Summary
Description: S.H.I.E.L.D. Consulting Team - 1: The Avengers responded to the landing of a UAP (Unidentified Arial Phenomena) outside of S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team Base #1: Avengers Tower. The UAP has since been identified as the former Sorcerer Supreme, Krugarr, who had been fatally wounded by a recent interaction with known murderer S.W.O.R.D. Threat #2012: Gorr, the god-Butcher. Krugarr then bestowed the title of Sorcerer Supreme to Avengers Initiate #6: Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch gifting her The Eye of Agamotto, The Time Stone, and the Cloak of Levitation. The Eye of Agamotto holds the spirit of A.R.M.O.R. Threat #110: Dr. Stephen Strange {Deceased} who informs the Avengers that they must travel to Jotunheim and rescue S.W.O.R.D. Threat #5062: Thor Odinson who had been banished there by Gorr. The Avengers travel to where they think Anachronous Location #116: Sanctum Sanctorum is located on 177a Bleeker Street, but only find the shop of Senor Magico Mystico in its stead. The team then travels to the Xavier Institute to borrow their interplanetary transportation vehicle, the Blackbird. Together with Avengers Initiate #11: Scott Summers/Cyclops, the Avengers journey to Jotunheim.
