Session 2, Scene 3: A night out at the SU

Approaching the SU
The Student Union is a big building with some quite fancy, swooping metal architecture points at the front. There is a short queue outside, and two bouncers - a Tortle and an Orc - are checking everyone's student IDs and managing the flow of people. Once the party are in, there is a cloakroom to check in any bags, weapons, coats etc. The SU has a bunch of different rooms playing different styles of music. Inside, there are bright lights everywhere, loud music, bass booming, students drinking, talking, shouting and dancing. There is a large central area with a balcony surrounding it, which is the main dance floor. There is a big stage at one end, with a huge AetherDisc turntable setup and a DJ at work.Drinking mechanics
Each hour of the night, the party can choose to take it easy, go with the flow, or drink heavily. After each hour, the party make a Constitution saving throw, the DC depending on their level of drinking:- Taking it easy: DC10
- Going with the flow: DC15
- Drinking heavily: DC20
- The player rolls 1d6
- The number rolled corresponds to a stat to be affected
- The player rolls 1d6
- The number rolled corresponds to the change to that stat. That stat is reduced by that amount, and their Charisma is raised by that amount
I Have Never
Hallia Vedalken suggests that the group sit round a big table and play a drinking game. It'll be a good way to find out a bit about each other and have a bit of fun. Questions to ask:- I have never been in a fight
- I have never stolen anything
- I have never been arrested
- I have never been too hungover for class
- I have never broken a bone
- I have never taken a punch
