Luca

Luca is a slave of The Gehrn , where he serves Flamen Manceps Ande and the order, though they are not to own personal property, per the Gehrn charter. Luca belonged to a tinker who died while working at the Citadel, the Gehrn's headquarter stronghold, and so Flamen Ande kept the unattached slave for himself or the order.
Luca is a survivor of The Slave Revolt at Furmelle and so wears a Furmelle collar. He is brought to Alham by the flamen to serve in a dedication ritual for The Shard of Elan , where he was taken to The Wheel and also met Commander Shianan Becknam, Count of Bailaha .
