Session 38: Meratt Walk About

General Summary

The party spent almost the entire next week cleaning up their messes and keeping in touch with everyone around the county. While Taric traveled with Catherine and Katrina around the county, he spent time connecting with the girls, and touching base with the nobility. Starting in Pensaris, Taldor, he worked himself clockwise around the county. In addition to this, he spent his time selling off the groups loot at the markets around the county.
Ardit spent his time waiting in Moost, Taldor for his visitor, only to find out what she is not who he hoped it would be.
Ivom spent his time shoring up his contacts, and working to gather information as well as clean up the messes that seemed to follow Chuck around.
Speaking up Chuck, after killing Gusairne, Gul with a simple stab of a spear (while Gul was unconscious in a barrel), he stabbed him again with so much force that it Gul's body turned to mush and was described as "more of a stew than a soup". After disposing of the remains, he spent his time trying to learn about the Love a Shylen from Caprenia. It is unknown how much this will stick. However, during this he happened across a mother giving birth. After providing quick care, he delivered a healthy baby girl, who was named Nora after Sir Norris.
With all the happenings, the group forgot about a second captive, who expired due to dehydration and poor health. The disposal of his body then took time again for the group to handle.
With the return of everyone back to Stachys, Taric gathered the group and they traveled to Sotto, Taldor to help hunt down a pack of "wolves" that has been troubling the town. It is here we left the story to be continued for next time.
