Structure

Now part of the Kuromizu Clan, the Katta family also adopts the familial ties structure-- with their Patriarch being the authority over the entire gang, who then adopts his subordinates as his children.

History

The Katta Gang was formed in the latter part of the Rebellion as a collective of orphans and runaways with nowhere to go, so banding together greatly increased their chances of survival on the then lawless streets of Silver Port. As the children turned into adolescence, their preferred method quickly turned into bloodshed, making the youngsters one of the most dangerous gangs in the entirety of the city.
This came back to bite them after the war ended and the Silver Guard brought down the hammer of Law and Order upon the streets of Silver Port. For when the Silver Guard came for them, they did so fast and hard-- most of the Katta gang not surviving the strike, and they have not forgotten this as they swore allegiance to the Kuromizu Clan. Now when the Clan wants to send a message that cannot be ignored, they send the Katta Family. Their methods have only gotten more gruesome over the years.
