Powerful shorelines and ridges of mountains line Orkandurum, interrupted rarely by beaches and entrances to the hidden coves of the region, where a handful of foreboding citadels rise from the cliff faces. Here live a society of fierce Durumi who have fought the land for a millennia for the right to make it their own, having fled from the Age of Malevolent Motifs and the Feast of Hell alike to find their home here.
These people have taken up the mantle of Old Elysia. There is no beast in the world that knows not their ilk. The most proficient weapons-masters of the Stavik’s Highlands train and apprentice in Orkandurum for years before they lead men into battle against the Night. The most successful Stormlords have history as successful monster-slayers in the north.

Our people shall live so long as this gate stays closed. If those... creatures in the night infiltrate our home, there will be no more Durumi.
