Isle of Colaedwr

Environment

The continent of the Isle stretches between the Chushinol and Namirhew Oceans. It sits along several tectonic boundaries, resulting in its large mountain ranges: the Capioera Mountains and the Ithfaen Peaks, as well as the northern archipelago. The Isle’s central regions have temperate climates, including Grenedwr Fields and the Hanakotoba Woodlands. To the north, there are tropical rainforests across the Nagasungai Jungle and Tengahpulau Archipelago. And, in the southwest portion of the continent are cooler regions with lots of coastline, the Wystrys Coast and misty Gorllewin Forest.

Factions

The dominant factions on the Isle are Arfordolia and Yujinxiangia near the continent's center. Tribes in Gorllewin Forest from before those nations were established live in isolation from the rest of the world as a means of safety. Large portions of the Isle remain wilderness, but settlements have continued to pop up at their edge and many stay independent from any factions.
