Blightbridge

Blightbridge is a darker town than many. It is unique in that it allowed unbridled use of the magical arts, including necromancy. Almost anything went in Blightbridge. The effect of this however is that the land is often plagued by the undead and various curses as people practice the dark arts. Blightbridge has a "dark" land, where dark magic twists the land due to its free use. Nights are darker than normal. 
Known for being a drab and dire people, the Foreleni are also known for a dark pragmatism, and a somewhat unholy drive to get things done.

Government

While town has a mayor Blightbridge is effectively run by a cabal of mages that have banded together to maintain the staus quo that allows the to continue to practice their darker arts.
