Zariel
Zariel is a goddess who resides in The Nine Hells, specifically the third layer of Minataurus. Before ascending to godhood, she was a Succubus that resided in Avernus.
Divine Domains
Zariel has control over a number of domains, most notably the first three layers of the Nine Hells, of which she holds complete control. She also holds partial control over the domains of fire, death, life, wrath, rage, and vengeance. She also has complete (though incredibly weak) control over Gnoblins, as Roland Swiftblast worships her and is the only gnoblin on the planes to worship a god.

Zariel has many symbols, though most of them revolve around blades. These include a dragon wrapped around and pierced by a sword, a shattered sword, and two swords clashing together.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Zariel, like most other gods, is incredibly physically powerful. While she isn't the absolute strongest god of her tier physically, her extreme tactician skills and the loyalty of those who serve her allows her to take down gods that are significantly stronger than her.
Body Features
Zariel is known to be both incredibly physically attractive and extremely intimidating to everyone who sees her. Her form seems to shift between viewers, with even simultaneous viewers describing her as looking completely different. However, she does have some minor traits that carry over across all viewings. Zariel always appears as a woman with piercing green eyes and relatively fit. She also almost always has a small scar on her left cheek and long hair. All other traits about her vary between viewers and in some cases even between viewings.

Zariel is usually seen wearing thick black steel armor and a long blade coated in shadow. She wears no gloves and a silver ring on her right hand with a brilliant opal adorning it.

Motivation
While Zariel's motives are unknown to most, Roland and the Heroes of Reshnia have discovered that her goal is not particularly aligned with most of the Devil Lords. While most lords want domination and influence, Zariel's goals are more directed at redeeming those who are in the Hells, though she still believes power is the way to do this. This has led her to kill (as much as a god can be killed) both Dispater and Grosgan, the former leaders of the second and third layers of the Hells.
Relationships
History
Roland became a follower of Zariel upon meeting her in person in the Nine Hells. He made a deal with her in which he would become one of her champions in exchange for the ability to pass further into the hells, along with the cleansing of his gun Bloodmoon. Roland later became her cleric, securing a place for himself in the afterlife with her and further moving into being her champion.
