Polkan

Polkans are a kind of centaur, with the body of a Horse and the torso of a Human. They are native to the Steppes, and they rarely choose to settle anywhere else due to their fraught relationship with the more Established species, who have historically treated them as fancy horses. Some Polkans are still enserfed as carriage bearers or field tillers, but most free Polkans only enter the north-eastern territories of Ketterzan to carry out raids.
