Humans

Humans first arrived in Ruslavia from the West. According to the Orthobog religion, humans were created by Chernabog, and caused the rift between the brothers. Humans are the ruling species in Ketterzan (the Tzar's entire line is human), and for this reason they are also very powerful in the Cherti Mountains, alongside the native Elves.   Since they are also the most sexually compatible with so many other common species, humans tend to track differences between themselves along species lines rather than by they are from, with full humans assumed to have come from the capital Ketterburg, unless stated otherwise.
