Ta-Tzar Vencel Bashirov
Vencel Bashirov was the younger brother of Ta-Tzar Rinat Bashirov and son of Vadim Bashirov the Conqueror. When his brother died, Vencel's nephew (the Ta-Tzar heir) was only two years old, so Vencel ruled Ketterzan and the Cherti Mountains until his death in 1144.
