Ta-Tzar Vadim Bashirov, the Conqueror (a.k.a. Bright Sun)
Vadim Bashirov was an Elf who ruled Ketterzan and the neighbouring Cherti Mountains from 932 to 1087. He claimed the state of Ketterzan in The First Ketterchert Crusade, only for the Bashirovs to lose the throne to the Romanovs a few centuries.
