Pannaivrin
The pannaivrin tongue, descended from the precursor elven telerilaim, is used by societies that have interacted with the sky elves in their past, and usually in a ceremonial or traditional sense only.
Pannaivrin is spoken by some Jadals, Paradhars and Perils, by some malabrandi races, such as the harpii, centauri, tabaxi, satyri, and by the solari elves and their creations.
Pannaivrin is used in some spellcasting schools of artifice and enchantment, and traces remain in some relatively common weather manipulation and divination magics. It also survives in concepts and mythologies of scattered peoples across the world, though these references are degraded almost unrecognisably by modern speakers of the language.
