The Golden Tower of Heaven
This towering pagoda is the private residence for the Jade God. It erupts from a mass of majestic clouds that float around the terraced hills of Memora. Descending down the base of the tower leads to the Court of The Celestial Administration in the Palace of Divinity, located on the Plane of Mechanus.
This place, like other protrusions from the Palace of Divinity, are dimensional pockets of the plane of order.
