Cselvë Ellevisserë

Cselvë Ellevisserë, "City of the Stargazer" in Tretalleri, was once the capital of the Kingship of the Bone Trees and the hometown of the tretalleri Dominion's first Imperator, Cilritanë a'Detvida. Inhabitants believe it to be the world's oldest continuously-inhabited city but other cities the Dominion heartland of Di'Termalttë dispute the claim.
The city was so named in honor of Cilritanë. Although he is often characterized as a man of stern, uncompromising ambition, history remembers Cilritanë a'Detvida with fondness. To the people of Cselvë Ellevisserë, in particular, he is a visionary, a man who looked to the night sky and thought to reach for the stars when no one else had even conceived of the possibility.
At time time of Cilritanë's birth, Cselvë Ellevisserë and the Kingship of the Bone Trees, for which it functioned as an adminsitrative capital, both had other names that are now lost to history. It was a modest city, by Cilritanë's own account. The Kingship of the Bone Trees was far from the wealthiest and had little influence past its borders. Indeed, it would have been generous to call the Kingship a kingdom, as its holdings included only one other city and an assortment of villages large and small.
It was only after the discovery and unearthing of the Ivory Throne that the Kingship would begin to see an age of prosperity. Cilritanë's father took advantage of the Throne to subjugate and demand tribute from the surrounding nations. It was an action that Cilritanë agreed with on principle but he believed that his father was wasting the opportunity to build something more than just a prosperous kingdom.
