Frostfolk

The Frostfolk are the people of what was originally the Kingdom of Silern, one of the three kingdoms that merged into the Kingdom of Altrenea and was divided into the provinces of Northwind and Iron Peaks. The Frostfolk of the Iron Peaks tend to be fair-skinned, with blond or red hair and pale eyes, while those who live further north often have darker eyes, likely as a defense against the light that reflects from the snowfields and can cause snow blindness.
