The Procession at Ingus

The Procession at Ingus was an event that occurred after the Doric-Aijian War, after the death of Surcount Enro of Ingus had died without an heir. As is custom when a Surocunt dies without an heir, the Grand Duke would assume the title in a ceremony involving the local sheriff and chancellor. However, as Grand Duke Arttu I was unpopular for losing the war with Aijia, coupled with his already bloated personal demesne, was booed and jeered aggressively by the large crowd that had attended the ceremony.
