Korpo
Korpo is the god of the moon and dreams, often referred to as the "Messenger God" due to his proclivity for communicating with humans, often through indirect means. Despite the name, Korpo does not deal with other gods and their petty squabbles between one another, being a powerful and respected member of the Alkutari himself. Korpo was the fourth born of the Alkutari and, unlike his other siblings, preferred to meddle with creations rather than simply make them himself, finding much joy in amusing himself with humans. His habit of meddling with the creations of his siblings did not always endear himself to them, and he often had disagreements especially with the eldest of the Alkutari, Jala. It would be this contentious relationship with his brother that would lead to Korpo being ripped from his physical body. Korpo had developed an intimate relationship with his younger sister, Kasta. This relationship was not kept a secret from their siblings who, by and large, were not particularly bothered. After all, what is incest to a god? Jala, however, disagreed, taking much umbrage from their union, describing the golems spawned from their incestuous relationship as "hideous demons". These disagreements would lead to a fight between the two gods, wherein Jala destroyed Korpo, leaving his body uninhabitable. Jala makes a spectacle of displaying Korpo's body in the sky each night, a great moon. Though their relationship has somewhat mended over the thousands of years since, it has not been forgotten.
