Gold

Gold is a precious metal and is often coveted by the inhabitants of Tuono's Corpse. Though it can most often be found as gilding upon jewellery and other such trinkets, perhaps even as decorative lacing, though it may also be found in some currencies, such as the Goa of the Kingdom of Volnia.
The mining and smelting of gold occur in several locations, however, one of the more notable would be that of Vollun, where it is produced en masse and often shipped and crafted or sold in the great merchant city of Asjaer.
