Blacklight Forest

A mysterious forest in an Underdark cavern far to the southeast of Darkhome. Bereft of natural light, it instead has grown under the blacklight of a vast solcite crystal in the cavern's center, and its plants and life are accordingly fantastical and strange. Broken defensive towers are scattered throughout the forest. Oddly colored streams wind between the trees towards the lake to the north, and if a person steps into one of these streams, they find themselves surrounded by an aura that reflects the nature of their soul.
The most notable inhabitants of the forest are blacklight treants and unfey. All of them are capable of consuming magic for sustenance, whether that is ambient magic or the power of an enemy's magical gear.
The forest and the crystal at its center are guarded in perpetuity by the shadow dragon Zarlask. Let all who would despoil this resting place beware.
