The Cabal gains proof of immense corruption in the US government, Corporations influencing politicians to make decisions they would otherwise not. By blackmailing these politicians the Cabal was able to exchange political favours and install more embers and allies into government and positions of power.   Once in a suitable enough position, The Cabal under House's guidance leaks the information anyway causing an Earth Shattering scandal that implicated thousands of US politicians and got many Seats in government switched out for Cabal Allies and Members.    By 2027, 80% of the leadership within the US Government is directly tied to Supreme President Henry House. His allies spent the next few years further expelling other politicians on charges of corruption while corrupting the US Government themselves and using it as evidence for why further purges are needed.   Stockgate created a Negative Feedback loop which gave room for the Cabal to continue filtering out politicians with entrapment. Eventually, DOJ officials collaborated with this effort. Ensuring a growing amount of control over the US Government with Henry House at the top and he isn't even a Presidential Candidate yet.
