Two Stars is a criminal organization with it's main operating area in notheren Russia. Besides the big boss most people involved do not know it but they are a subsidiary of El Patético. Most of their activities revolve around real estate. They own shops, businesses and factories, as means to move money around. Money they make by national and international smuggling of both common and high valued goods. Goods they often produce themselves or they use as a source material.
Services
Two Stars is also well known, in the industry, because they can supply other illicit organizations with all kinds of equipment. Need a heavy hauling truck or a specific car, Two Stars can arrange it so that it looks like a regular purchase from one law abiding business to another. Also weapons and other goods is part of their operations.
They also deal in people, want hired muscle? They can arrange. Need less complaining workers in your factory, they can arrange. Two Stars advertises themselves as a family business, you take care of the company the company takes care of you. As long as you step in line. And don’t ever think about leaving.
Connection to the Pirates
The Pirate crew first comes into contact with Two Stars, as they have the Titanium hulled Red Sunrise, the successor of the Sunset Dawn build in a former Soviet Submarine yard in Siberia. The yard is owned by Two Stars.
Aleksey knows more about Two Stars then he wishes to share with the pirate crew. As half his family is involved in their business. Aleksey got out of their control, and wishes to remain out.
I feel mildly threatened. I can't imagine how Aleksey must feel. Can they also make people disappear?
I guess they have that ability too, or otherwise they know someone who knows someone who can do that....
