The events directly causing the destruction of Krezk, starting with the rising of Ilya Krezkov.

The period of time called the Fall of Krezk is actually a series of events that occur over the course of a few days. First, the Abbot brings Ilya Krezkov back to life in return for a wedding dress to be delivered to the Abbey in a few days. After learning that no wedding dress is within the town walls, Anna Krezkov leaves for Vallaki with guards in the hope of finding one there. When she fails to return before the deadline, the Abbot sets the mongrelfolk to nightly raids, killing people and destroying their homes. On the seventh day, Burgomaster Dmitri Krezkov hangs himself as his son flees towards a beacon of light on the horizon.
