Drunken Nut Tavern
The Drunken Nut is a typical haunt for local mercenaries, off-duty guards, and other combative types to drink and fight in their off hours. The Kargat turns a blind eye unless the fight spills out into other shops, believing that it's better to always know exactly where to run when they hear the sounds of fighting or need to track down a particular troublemaker.
The tavern as it stands is a old wooden single-story. Hanging in front of the door is a circular wooden sign showing an acorn inside a mug. Years of bar fights between people trained to do real damage have gouged large marks in the door and walls and left the large windows permanently boarded up. The only reason the place stay open the cleric of Hanseath behind the bar, a dwarf named Sarlinn Halfpast known for her ability to throw full grown men out of her place if they anger her.
