Alec Tularian

The current Ruby Representative of the Gem Council. Alec was formerly the Captain of the Stone Helms, but had to give up that position to be on the Council. Though not a Binder himself, he keeps in touch with nearby binders' guilds including the Faversham Binders' Guild and the Olkedo Binders' Guild as they have good information about potential threats and other news.
