The Ducts
The Ducts, a series of huge and complex steelen tunnels, connect the Deep Core to the old collapsed site of Cerulean-A. Historically used as a ventillation and transport network to the failed reactor, the channels are now some of the most impoverished areas across the whole city. Largely controlled by a conglomerate of criminal organizations, The Ducts are cold, unregulated, and treacherous.
