Starship Guines Personal Logs

The logs of the crew members and passangers of the Starship Guines were recorded in the Guines' computer. After the ship crashed and its technology began to decay, the logs were printed as durable plastic tablets, allowing the record of the travel through the stars to be maintained well after the ship itself was broken.   These records were maintained within the Library of Guines until shortly before the Guines Edict. Recognizing the growing sentiment against technology, scientists working in the library fled to Berkham with the logs.   After the Emswort/Berkham War ended, these logs were returned to Berkham as the center of Poneren history.

Purpose

While some of the log was written to intentionally record the journey, most of the logs were simple personal thoughts and perspectives.
