the Seven Regions – Gruthe is divided into seven regions in orbit of the centre. Clockwise they are: 1. Llaohh in the north (which includes Hœm and neutral territories 2. Thōurraidt (NE)(Ptarshakk—Thōur—& the troll lands—Raidt 3. Suvata (SE 4. Ys (S 5. Dhaoshee (SW and 6. Qh’énnshaiyn (NW and 7. the central sea, Chaalai (which includes the island nations of Jèrynn, Rheddait, and the island of trolls).
