Helemvor (hell-ehm-vore)
The Final Guide
MYTHOLOGY
Death has existed for as long as Life has, as the next stage to some, a bright light or a darkness to others. Regardless of personal belief, it comes to all mortals eventually, and those souls need a place to go. Eventually Helemvor became the keeper of Golgia and the dead, shepherding those that pass to their rightful place depending on who they were while alive and what they believed.
It was early on in life (and death) that Helemvor and Soephina fell in love and would then birth Lapin and the twins Aelleno and Alinis.
PAST WORSHIP
Any worship for the god of death was out of fear back then. Then he was slowly then all at once mocked by those who were running with magic that resisted his domain's influence.
PRESENT WORSHIP
Helemvor's loyalty and aid in The Core War changed the fearful view of many and garnered him a decent worship by those grieving and in dark places.
