Detachment Ceremony

A ceremony that some cults and other religions or cultures that worship The First Shade practice. It separated the soul of the subject from its body, allowing the body to deteriorate to the point that it becomes a Shades.
Some Wycran tribes are lead by a Dapplekin - a Wycra that has gone through the Detachment Ceremony.
