Hesi
Due to the nature of its founding Hesi is more of a large work camp than a small village, and has a mix of small sandstone houses and large tents. It’s positioned just around a bend on the north side of the Thueban River.

Hesi is ran by an entrepreneur who has funded the settlement in hopes of drawing in workers for the nearby mining pit.
Industry & Trade
Though staggering now due to recent deaths in the scorpion pits, Hesi is responsible for mining Anusis’s sandstone, and is working on mithril deposits. Tradesmen here are often looking to purchase standard survival supplies in return for stones, gems, and mining equipment. It’s not uncommon to see help wanted signs out everywhere due to the dwindling population.
Geography
Two barriers made of sand protect the small encampment, with a river to the south, and a mining pit to the north.
