Bowman, Don

Don Bowman is a tug pilot working the shipping lanes and docks of Pandora Station. He is known as "Uncle Don" to Mikal, Hex, being one of the primary people to serve as a surrogate parent to him in the difficult years immediately following the death of his mother, Mikal, Suze, in childbirth. He is married to Bowman, Deb.
Don has a reputation as an agitator and rabble rouser and has long been on the watchlists for station management. He's had multiple run-ins with station security but nothing that would justify either incarceration or expulsion from Pandora. Don, along with Wolf, Geri, was pivotal in getting Mikal, Karl involved in The Struggle.
Don cares deeply for both Karl and Hex and harbors great resentment for what happened to Suze. He believes Karl's involvement is absolutely pivotal to success in The Struggle, but he will also go to extreme lengths to keep both Karl and Hex safe.

• Ends up in wheelchair and on pain meds after landing bay riot (A.24.77.3 & A.35.105.1-4) and crutches (A.35.109.5).
