Chosen of Nihilus
Those to whom the Sovereign gives authority must be obeyed absolutely. They are issued Holy Writs of Authority that dictate the extent of their domain and power and are signed with the Arcane Seal of the Sovereign Himself.
As the Chosen serve the Sovereign, they also hold a position of utmost authority within His Church. Their words are the words of Nihilus.
- Those who have proven themselves worthy may eventually be called by the Sovereign to join the Chosen. Those Chosen by the Sovereign have supreme authority in every domain and act in accordance to His Will.
- Every Chosen serves as the Sovereign’s eyes, ears, hands, and mouth in every context outside of the Sovereign’s presence.
- The Chosen are welcome to take whatever recompense they see fit from the treasuries of any domain(s).
- The Chosen may spend resources as they see fit.
- The Chosen may approve or disapprove the operation of any guild, building, or organization.
- The Chosen are welcome to take whatever title they feel best fits their role, as approved by the Sovereign.
- Occasionally, the Sovereign may call for a Council of the Chosen to meet.
- The Chosen may only be removed from their position by the Sovereign for any reason, including abandonment (not paying 7 downtime per month).
Appointment
To be Chosen, Nihilus selects a disciple at will.
