Quatria
From the Shadowfell came an enclave of elves desperate for a chance to break away from the bleak hatred so many of their kin feel. Their time in the sunlight has given them new hope and purpose. The wars that would eventually be fought sparked the old hatred. Quatrians struggle with xenophobia as a result, though still manage to have hope and peace win out.
Military
The Quatrian military is not large compared to many other nations. It relies on intense training and good tactics to shift the balance in their favor.
Foreign Relations
The Madrane Empire has been a constant threat to its west, though their successful defense and the current truces across Espiria has helped keep that down to a cold war. They have a luke warm disposition to the other peoples of Espiria and tend not to interact with intercontinental civilizations. This is not due to any significant reason beyond being somewhat sedentary.
