The leader of an elven society.

Requirements

Must be a citizen of the society they will lead.

Appointment

When the Domin dies, the local oracle appoints their successor based on their divination and popular vote.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

It is possible to have a Domin removed from power without death, but it has yet to happen. A Domin can be removed if there are significant negative disruptions of the livelihood of the society and the oracle senses the majority of the people have a negative approval of the Domin.

Cultural Significance

Most don't bother to learn the nuance to the position and how it is attained so it is correlated to a monarchic title since it is a life term.
