Celtsia

Celtsia is a territory in the Continent of Ostara. It is currently ruled by Diarmid Seerla of the Royal Seerla Family.
Celtsia like all of the nations of Ostara has had a rough and blood-soaked history. The previous ruling nobility led the country nearly to ruin and drove it to rebel in a large civil war known as the Celtsian Civil War which started in 1698 of the Third Era. Since the civil war the nation has been one of prosperity and peace.
