Laast Eisland
The southernmost island in the Verboten Eislandes, Laast Eisland is the one closest to the city of Margraten in The Merchant League. It has the highest point of all the islands in the chain and on it sits the Glanzund Lighthouse. As with the other islands, strange beasts roam the western portions of the island and the Frisians have built an impressive network of walls and palisades to protect the vital lighthouse as it has the critical job of warning ships sailing by that they are coming close to the Verboten Eislands, but also to alert them that they are nearing Margraten.
Geography
The island is flat and rocky on the west side and it gradually sloped up on the eastern shore to a small spit of rock. From this rock, and the lighthouse on top of it, one can see the village of Grijzegrubben on the Frisian mainland as well as the city of Margraten on the cliffs across the water.
