Kelpsholme
On the northwestern border of the Donkerwasser under the waves is a massive kelp forest. Since the waters here are deep, the forest sits on a shelf of the trench. In this forest, some men say a race of semi-intelligent fish people dwell. Most call these claims ludicrous rantings of madmen, but there are some that wish to seek these fish men out. If it weren't for the dangers of the Verboten Eislandes and the Donkerwasser, many more likely would have tried.

The area is teeming with natural resources such as fish, shellfish, minerals, and corals.
I seen it boy! I was washed adrift when our ship caught a storm in the Donkerwasser. As I floated along on some driftwood, I spotted some lights below my feet. Thinking it was some manner of unnatural water serpent, I began praying to the Creator. But it was a group of fish men with glowing bulbs on their heads! They ferried me to shore and disappeared under the waves. If it weren't for them, I'd be a drowned rat!
