Zoarack Half-Jaw
Zoarack Half-Jaw was the Orcish Aasimar leader of The Bitter Ring.
Zoarack was born in Solva, The Third and joined up with the Military of The Dawn at a young age. Here he met the Human Arthur Baird and the two became quick friends and allies and would eventually found The Bitter Ring together.
Zoarack would keep the bitter streak that caused him to leave the military, taking more and more illegal jobs and darkening his soul. He was an impressive warrior, carving a path through lesser fighters in any battle he fought, a skill that would impress potential clients and earn him greater pay.
Zoarack would be cursed all his life by visions, visions he assumed came from Ilanor, The Fate Keeper, leading him to a deep almost rabid worship. These visions were also the cause of his aggression and violent acts, he said that he only felt true peace during the chaos of battle.
The Half-Jaw became a consummate scholar during his later years, looking for answers to his visions in history, mythology, and science. His visons only became clear however in conversations with his adoptive daughter, Layla Baird, for she was a much greater seer than him, and offered more extreme clarity.
Zoarack would forsee the ruin of his mercenary company and his allies in a vision after being hired by Dravin Cazamir. This vision came to him clearly, and spelled out his death at the hands of Ruby Wright and The Abnormals, and for once, his vision came true.
