Valdeen

Valdeen is the planetary capital city of Kyberus. Its among one of the most well-known instances of ryclins building a true city, with a vast space of land cropping up that holds mostly large, and bold architecture for long spaces across. Many individuals live within shared units, or even inside large temples. Valdeen is very closely associated with Metavoxianism, and hosts a lot of religious activity, and 'temple families' with offspring that don't align themselves with a true mother/father upbringing.
More normal ryclin activities do persist. Some ryclins still merely live there, rather than being raised into or dedicated to a religion. As wilderness is further than normal, cryo-food is more popular here, but so to is a cloned and synthetic wilderness system. One of the more popular places to hunt is the named 'Habitat Park' that reserves a large space to make large trees, and unleash a small ecosystem (at least partially comprised of clones), with open access to a certain set of time. Other mundane tasks involve close ties and associations with the Holosphere sports leagues.

Government

Governing is interlinked between the OA government itself, and the Valdeen Metacode Council. Technically there is also a Planetary President, but between populism and evolving factors, this has been roughly designated to the same one that runs as the Omni-oracle speaker for the VMC group. However as this is also a major city interlinked with one of the most powerful race and board with the OA, its also kept in close contact with their affiliations, laws, and sense of order. The government runs very close to a theocracy, passing the seamless teachings of life as a simulation, and temple methods, however it has not codified them into pure law, rather they merely pass biased elements things that might protect temples and temple promotion. For example, regular denizens are taxed, but tax cuts are given to recognized temple members. Infrastructure goes to monk research, small renovations, and the sustained support and innovation of the Habitat Park that best hosts simulated wilderness hunting.

Guilds and Factions

Valdeen Metacode Council: Practically the head group for city affairs, and handle a lot of things ranging from religious terms, to helping fund progress or issues in the city.
Department of Human Welfare: Despite the name, they have extended their arm to try and benefit any minority group or visitor in the city to a comfortable situation.
Kyberian Macro Relay Forum: A group that attempts to survey and properly hold close a collected data set of all rift activity, and associates wide across other global relay stations about rift activity, prevention, allowance, etc.
