Arbhoda
Arbhoda is a ryclin town on Kyberus. Its mostly unremarkable, matching usual ryclin standards of roading, long stretches of bordering rainforests, and simple rows of cylinder housing. A lot of its residents had some ancestral relation to the nearby capital, but wanted a quieter or more natural lifestyle.
It is this setting where Kipp , Orkayl, and Gessie started as friends.
Government
Smaller corporations that work around power, and relay funding hold the most local influence over order in the sector, including armed staff. However there are cases where Valdeen monks or OA representatives may step in, if with some contentious rhetoric of any commands they'd make.
