Mane-Lord
A mane-lord, or maned noble, is a status commonly heard across Lionkin. It applies to any maned male lionkin that has ownership of a vast expanse of land, usually including farms, and smaller housing for servants. They are expected to command both a small serfdom, essentially being a land lord, and having wives to both guard and amuse him in return of caring for them enough to keep them happy and charmed.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
A mane-lord loses status when he commits either a great illegal activity, or puts himself in terrible physical scarring and bad health that dismisses his obedience with females that would help him hold his property rights. The most easy way to be dethroned from one's estate and harem is to upset or abuse a lioness to the point she claws and scars the face, and convinces the others he is an ugly and damaged disgrace.
