Harem-Sister
A Harem sister is often used as a term in Lionkin harems to denote female lionesses or even married in aliens that owe themselves to a male mane-lord's harem. Its often just stated between each other, like siblings speaking. This term is loose, but often applies to females the male might be sexually interested in. It is sometimes confused with the term of Concubine, which is mildly more derogatory as a female the lead male merely wants serving well-armed all the time, sometimes lucky enough to be given only small errands and in return is platonically spoiled on mass as a part of a Noble's Cuddle, but often when married and then referred to as a concubine, they won't be mating with their ideal partner. Yet depending on the state, there is little to no notarization between these two, and they may change on a mere whim of the mane-lord or by adding flirtatious pressures. Serfs would be the lowest side regardless of their gender. The male usually does not address harem females with this full title as a 'sister', but rather it is the community name between each other, and often tens of them on any one estate, sometimes even with actual familial kin around.
They have two largely recognized uniforms. The more widely available idea is to host some form of steel plated armor for guarding, patrols, and duties to serve their master. Yet more casually, they tend to wear cropped sleeveless tops, and knee-length skirts with thigh level split sides, often in a white and golden color. Bracelets and jewels are very common, and some mane-lords accessorize their harem females to an extreme point. Seeing them grow manes is somewhat an outlier, but does occur if the lord permits or encourages it.
Qualifications
Up to the whim of a wealthy noble male, but often the average ideals are that the female is born and lifted into sports and militaristic exercises by at the latest, the starting age of eight. Eventually they are learning basic combat lessons, training in armor, running special courses, and sometimes doing extensive things that can even include long camping trips or civil services. Some move onto special lessons, or guilds of special lessons, and extend from the regular traditions or even manners and postures. Some for example will learn more about extensive metal forging to contribute in fixing up their own arms. Others will learn extensive law details to better help judge government job guarding pre-marriage (or if marrying to a special judiciary house). Then, more publicly popular ones entertain more provocative dances. Yet they only become a harem female from being married and accepted by the patriarch as such. Through this entire time, they're not allowed to have a mane, and across most of their life will be trimming it unless their potential husband/lord allows it to grow. Others will just be concubines, or idle unmarried government females that get old and alone until they have to drop the spears and serve more slow serf tasks in their old age.
Other situations, there are harem females that never actually left their home. Sometimes the father merely keeps them from cub-hood, and they learn very little, or the female herself refuses to grow up the normal way. In these cases there is some chance they never become a harem female, and drop or get sold to serfdom. However, there's still some chance they're sold as cheap lovers to more poor mane-lords, or even a strangely common amount that integrate into their own family's harem, often with cousins or brothers that are earning a sense of entitlement.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Harem-sisters come and go often, but conditionally. A disloyal or conniving one may be penalized with a public or private popping session in which they will be fed until their bloating bodies rupture. Others are simply dismissed out of a lack of interest, often more on simply the male's part. This is much harder once they've been impregnated or have children in the household, but some exceptions are made. A virgin harem female is still far worth more and often sold if the owning male has no interest. In other circumstances, a female has 'lost' their way a bit and merely gets ordered to serve a different way. This often occurs when they're tangled up as mothers, or seem better serving the male as a serf despite their education.
