Vanya is a 3rd-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit). She regains expended spell slots when she finishes a short or long rest.

Evasion. When Vanya is subjected to an effect that forces her to make a DEX saving throw to take half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.
Reliable Talent. When Vanya makes an ability check that includes her proficiency bonus, she treats a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Sneak Attack (1/turn). Vanya deals an extra 7d8 damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the rogue that isn't incapacitated and the rogue doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.

Cunning Action. On each of her turns, Vanya can use a bonus action to take the Dash, Disengage, Help, or Hide actions. Steady Aim. Vanya can give herself advantage on her next attack roll if she hasn't moved. This reduces her movement speed to 0 ft for the round.
Reactions
Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker Vanya can see hits her with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack's damage.

Vanya was born into a wealthy family of Coffee planters on the island of Sona, the second of eleven children. She received an excellent private education in letters and arts, with the assumption that either she or her elder sister Vera would marry one of the children of another coffee dynasty so as to expand the Robustin coffee dynasty's influence. Vanya chafed at this expectation and her duties to take care of her younger siblings, and ran away from home at the age of 19 to settle in Cantonova. She briefly trained with the royal guard as an archer. When stationed at the southern gates of Cantonova, she became curious about the nearby Gaeno Woods and their many connections to the Feywild. She left the guard and learned how to planewalk, traveling through the Feywild and writing down its stories to turn into plays and poems.Fool's Service
Vanya was caught while planewalking by the Runaway Queen, and forced into service as the Fool of the Fey for the Spring Court for a term of seven years. This term will end in Y1111, though the exact end date is unclear. She is the only known Fool who retained her ability to return to the Material Plane. Vanya's Fool's Tome is the Book of Tales, a collection of her poems and plays about the Feywild. She continues to write in it and occasionally publish from it, though she needs an assistant to copy and edit them, since she cannot perceive or remember them once they are written in the tome.Cantonova Special Forces
Vanya was hired as a member of the Cantonova Special Forces by Spymaster Gepopo in the winter of Y1108, primarily assigned to beats in the Aquatic Kingdoms. She rose quickly through the ranks to become one of Gepopo's most trusted agents.With the Dragonslayers
