Aloïs Ayannos

Aloïs Ayannos, sometimes styled as Aloïs te-Brigida or Saint Aloïs, was a Cleric of Brigid who founded the Church of the Solar Forge in Tygrar.

Personal history

Aloïs was born in Y145 in the small town of Solóndo, which sat roughly halfway between Bjália and modern-day Ramdailos, and educated at Muilóna-in-Brigida. He returned to Solóndo after his education to found and run a local chapel to Brigid. By the outbreak of the War of Great Sorrow, he was a respected community leader and the unofficial right-hand to the Naengwuto. When the naengwuto's Mongwori predicted the imminent destruction of the town, he instructed Alois to lead those incapable of fighting away as far away from the danger as possible.
Aloïs and his community lived as nomads for years until eventually settling in the town of Tygrar, far to the southwest of their former home. There, Aloïs founded the Church of the Solar Forge, an order of craftsmen and acolytes of Brigid. The high elves of Solóndo were initially mistrusted by the mostly Human and Orokhim locals, but the strength of their smithing traditions made them invaluable, particularly in helping defend against invasions from the Prostomurakhim in his early years of residency. After this, Aloïs gradually became known as a community leader and a force for good within Tygrar, a status he kept and cherished until his death.
