The Mashara (Mas-hra)
A dominating feature of Enri. A huge theater that can open its domed ceiling to reveal the night sky. This is where the greatest Bards and Illusionists perform their works of art for all to see. This is where the most prestigious people in the city come and see wonders.
The old Palace of Eishna burned down (730 DM) and instead of having it built in the same location, He chose to build a new palace and instead erect the massive Coliseum that he named the Mashara, after his favorite performer. it took 3 years to construct.
it was blessed by Qed, who is father of all arts, personally as he appeared to the community as an old dwarf and then revealed his true nature. The Creator placed an enchantment upon all the torches in the building to be able to dim or brighten with a single word from the person holding the control rod.
The current Ahida Hagim (Master of Celebration) is Deborah Mizmorim. She is a delightful bubbly woman who has been the keeper of the Mashara for eight years.
Purpose / Function
