The Western Ocean is vast ocean west of Edora. The only body of land known to be present in the ocean beside some incegnificent islands are the Stormy Isles. The ocean storms are so frequent and strong that only a narrow stretch close to shore reamin navigatible throught the year and all attempts in venturying outward have failed. This violent weather has dubbed the ocean as 'The Cruel Sea' among sailors and denizens of the nearby coasts.
